Who are we?
The Mid-County Democratic Committee (MCDC) represents Democrats in Edgmont, Middletown, and Upper Providence in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
As part of Delaware County's 40 municipal committees, MCDC recruits, supports, and elects Democrats to local offices. We back candidates for municipal councils, school boards, and magisterial positions, and also support roles like Tax Collector, Auditor, and Constable.
Our Committee Members create campaign materials, canvass, find poll volunteers, and participate in various committees. We're building a strong infrastructure for progress and welcome all residents to get involved in local politics.

Support our candidates—they always need help with canvassing, phone banking, and fundraising.
Got skills or hobbies? We need photography, videography, research, social media, graphics, and fundraising skills.
Mentoring Opportunities! Learn to run local campaigns by volunteering with us.
Donate or fundraise for MCDC. Competitive campaigns need palm cards, mailers, social media ads, and yard signs.
Join us at the polls as a poll greeter.
Elections can be decided by just a few votes, so your enthusiasm and effort can make the difference between winning and losing. Learn more here.
How else can you help? Attend local school board and township council meetings. Now that we've elected Democrats, it's crucial to support them.
