The Mid-County Dems also endorse EVERY uncontested Democratic primary candidate. They are judicial candidates Judge Brandon Neuman for PA Superior Court and Judge Stella Tsai for PA Commonwealth Court; Delaware County candidates for Court of Common Pleas, County Council, County Controller, Sheriff and Register of Wills; Middletown Township candidates; and local election officers (Judge of Election and Inspector of Election). Please vote ALL races on BOTH sides of the ballot.
Voting by Mail? Complete your ballot correctly to ensure your vote is counted.
Step One: Read the instructions and mark your ballot. Be sure to complete the front and back of the ballot. Here’s a sample ballot showing the candidates we endorse. If you make any errors on your ballot or envelopes, visit the Voter Service Center at the Government Center in Media to obtain a REPLACEMENT ballot.
Step Two: Seal your ballot in the yellow envelope marked “Official Election Ballot.” Do not make any stray marks on the yellow envelope. Your ballot must be enclosed and sealed in the yellow envelope marked "Official Election Ballot" or it will not be counted.
Step Three: Seal the yellow envelope in the purple and white pre-addressed outer Ballot Return Envelope. Sign and write the current date on the Voter's declaration on the outside of the outer Ballot Return Envelope. If you do not complete the Voter’s declaration on the Ballot Return Envelope, your ballot will not be counted.
Step Four: Return your voted ballot. Voters can only return their own ballots. Exceptions are made for assisting disabled or emergency absentee voters, which require a signed declaration form available on the County's Voter Resources page.
By USPS Mail. The official Ballot Return Envelope is self-addressed and postage-paid, and you may submit the completed Ballot Return Envelope at any USPS Mailbox. Ballots must be received by the County by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day; postmarks do not count!
